About The Mission
The Little We Do Inc. exists to restore dignity, stability, and confidence for individuals experiencing homelessness, hardship, or transition. Through weather‑responsive outreach, free grooming services, and care bag distributions, we meet people where they are with respect, consistency, and practical support. Every service reflects our belief that small, intentional acts, a haircut, a warm kit, a moment of care, can spark real progress and help someone take their next step forward.

About The Founder
Meet the Founder: Latoya M. Pinnick
Latoya M. Pinnick is a licensed cosmetologist, community advocate, and social work student who builds her work on dignity, structure, and lived experience. As the Founder and Executive Director of The Little We Do Inc., she focuses on practical, person‑centered support for individuals facing homelessness, transition, and dual‑diagnosis challenges.
Her background in beauty, outreach, and human services has shaped a clear understanding of what people need when they feel overlooked, steady care, respect, and a chance to rebuild. Through Latoya’s Beauty Spot and her nonprofit work, she’s spent years restoring confidence through grooming services, care bags, and consistent community presence.
Now pursuing her Bachelor’s in Social Work, Latoya blends hands‑on experience with formal training to strengthen the programs she leads. Whether organizing winter‑readiness drives or developing supportive housing initiatives, she approaches every project with clarity, intention, and heart.
